Hybrid Cloud Consulting
Independent advice on what belongs on-prem and what belongs in the cloud. Mapped to your workloads, compliance needs, and budget. A clear plan before anyone touches a server.
When you need this
Sound familiar?
- Half the company says cloud, the other half says never, and both are guessing.
- The last cloud project cost double the estimate, and nobody can say why.
- Compliance says some data must stay in the EU. Where it actually is, nobody has checked.
- Every vendor pitch somehow ends with everything in their cloud.
Why it matters
Most cloud bills and cloud regrets come from moving the wrong things for the wrong reasons. A clear map of what belongs where saves you from both.
How it works
The service, explained.
A clear map of what goes where
We weigh each workload against its performance needs, compliance constraints, and running cost, then tell you plainly what belongs on your own hardware and what belongs in the cloud. You get a plan and a cost model before anyone provisions anything.
Advice with no cloud to sell you
We do not resell a public cloud, so there is no quota we need to fill at your expense. The recommendation is the one that fits your business, not the one that pads a vendor invoice.

FAQ
Common questions.
Are you selling us a cloud?
No. We do not resell a platform, so there is no quota to fill on your bill. If the honest answer is that everything should stay on-prem, that is the recommendation you get.
What comes out of the engagement?
A written map of what belongs where, the reasoning per workload, and a cost model for the options. It is a document you can act on with us or with anyone else.
We already use some cloud. Is it too late for a strategy?
It is the normal case. Most companies arrive with an accidental setup, grown one decision at a time. The work is the same: assess what exists, and move only what earns its move.
Does compliance really restrict what can go to the cloud?
Sometimes, and it is worth knowing precisely. GDPR, sector rules, and client contracts each have their own view; the map marks the workloads where the answer is a clear no, and where it just needs the right region and contract.
