Endpoint Management (RMM)
Laptops and workstations kept updated, secured, and healthy remotely. Without anyone on your team having to remember to do it.
When you need this
Sound familiar?
- A leaver's laptop still has access to everything, somewhere.
- Support for half your laptops' operating system ended months ago.
- New starters wait days for a working machine.
- There is no list of which devices even exist.
Why it matters
Every unmanaged laptop is a door you can't see. Managing them remotely means patches, security, and offboarding actually happen instead of being remembered.
How it works
The service, explained.
Every laptop managed, wherever it is
We patch, secure, and monitor workstations remotely, so updates and protection actually happen instead of depending on the person using the machine. You also get a live inventory of what hardware you have and its health.
Joiners and leavers handled in minutes
Onboarding a new starter or locking down a departing one is done centrally and quickly, which closes a gap most businesses leave open. An unmanaged laptop is a door you cannot see, and this is how you see all of them.

FAQ
Common questions.
Does this work with home-office machines?
Yes. Management follows the device, not the building. A laptop on someone's kitchen table gets the same patches and policies as one at the office.
Can you see what employees do on their machines?
No, and we set it up that way deliberately: the agent manages updates, security, and inventory, not screens or keystrokes. What it can and cannot see is documented, ready for your works council or privacy officer.
What happens when someone leaves the company?
Their access is revoked and the device is locked or wiped centrally, in minutes, with a record that it happened. The forgotten leaver laptop is one of the most common holes we find.
Do you support Mac and Windows?
Both, plus the usual mix of ages and models a real SMB fleet has. The inventory sorts out what exists; management brings it all to one standard.
