Tiered Packages

Basis, Standard, Premium. A deliberate middle tier built to be the obvious choice. Clear scope at every level, and no surprises about what's covered.

When you need this

Sound familiar?

  • Three quotes from three providers, and none of them are comparable.
  • Nobody can say what the current IT contract actually covers.
  • You want to start small without signing up for the works.
  • The last surprise invoice was for something you assumed was included.

Why it matters

Vague 'we'll handle IT' contracts are where disputes and surprise invoices live. Clear tiers mean everyone knows exactly what's covered before something breaks.

How it works

The service, explained.

Clear scope at every level

Basis, Standard, and Premium each spell out exactly what is covered, so there is no argument later about whether something was included. The middle tier is built to be the sensible default for most businesses.

Room to grow without renegotiating everything

As your team or your needs expand, you move up a tier rather than rewriting the whole arrangement. Vague all-in-one promises are where disputes live, and defined tiers are how you avoid them.

What you get

What's included

  • Basis, Standard, Premium with clear scope at each level
  • A mid-tier designed to be the obvious choice
  • No surprises about what is and isn't covered
  • Room to move up a tier as you grow

The process

The flow, end to end.

Step 1
Compare
Three tiers, each with its scope written down, side by side.
Step 2
Fit
We map your situation to a tier, and say honestly if a smaller one does it.
Step 3
Start
Onboarding for the services in your tier, nothing more.
Step 4
Adjust
Outgrow the tier, move up. The scope stays written down.

FAQ

Common questions.

What exactly is in each tier?

Basis covers the essentials: patching, endpoint management, uptime monitoring, and health reporting. Standard adds backup and disaster recovery, verified restores, security monitoring, and proactive remediation. Premium adds server maintenance, managed WiFi, a managed firewall, and a regular vCIO review. The pricing page shows the full breakdown.

Can we add single services to a tier?

Yes. Anything with its own rate, like managed WiFi or a managed firewall, can be added to any tier at exactly that rate. The configurator on the pricing page does the math.

Why is the middle tier the obvious choice?

Because it covers what most companies actually need: the essentials, plus the backup and security monitoring that decide whether an incident is a bad hour or a bad month. Basis is a floor; Premium is for infrastructure-heavy setups.

What happens if we pick too small?

You find out quickly and move up a tier. The scopes are written down, so the gap is visible instead of arguable, and nothing punishes the upgrade.
