Managed WiFi
Business WiFi as an ongoing service, not a one-off tune-up. We design the coverage, manage the controllers, and keep every access point patched and monitored. Billed per site, every month.
When you need this
Sound familiar?
- The WiFi in the meeting room dies every time it matters.
- Video calls stutter in one half of the office and nobody knows why.
- The last person who understood the access points left two years ago.
- Every fix is a reboot, and every reboot is a support call.
Why it matters
When the WiFi drops, everything stops. Sales, bookings, phones. Treating it as a managed service means someone is watching it before your staff are the ones who notice.
How it works
The service, explained.
Coverage designed around your building, not guesswork
We survey the space, place access points where the signal actually needs to reach, and tune channels so they stop fighting each other. The result is even coverage in the corners where WiFi usually gives up.
Kept patched and watched, so it stays fast
Access-point firmware and controller software are updated on a managed schedule, and every unit reports into our monitoring. If one drops or starts to degrade, we see it and act before your team is standing around a dead meeting room.

FAQ
Common questions.
Do we have to replace our existing access points?
Not if they can do the job. We audit what you have first; hardware that meets the design stays, and we only quote replacements where coverage or security genuinely requires them.
Can you manage WiFi across several locations?
Yes, that is what per-site billing is for. Each site gets its own design and monitoring, and everything reports into the same place, so a branch outage is visible the moment it happens.
What happens when an access point fails?
Monitoring flags it immediately, usually before anyone on site notices. We diagnose remotely, and if the unit is dead, we arrange the swap. Your staff never have to climb a ladder with a laptop.
Will the network go down during the changeover?
The rollout happens in agreed windows, typically outside business hours, and the old setup stays in place until the new one is proven. The worst case for your team is a brief reconnect.
