Managed Server Maintenance
We built it, we keep it healthy. Patching, updates, and health checks on your servers as a monthly contract, so nothing quietly rots between emergencies.
When you need this
Sound familiar?
- The server has run for three years. Nobody dares to reboot it.
- Updates happen when something has already broken.
- A disk in the RAID has been blinking amber for weeks.
- The person who built the server no longer answers.
Why it matters
Servers rarely fail loudly. They rot quietly until something breaks at the worst time. Steady maintenance is what keeps a routine Tuesday from turning into a disaster.
How it works
The service, explained.
Patched and checked on a steady cadence
Operating systems and firmware are updated on a managed schedule, and we watch disks, RAID arrays, memory, and running services for early signs of trouble. Nothing sits unpatched for months waiting to become the reason for an outage.
You see exactly what was done
Every month you get a plain report of what was updated, what was checked, and anything that needs attention. Small issues get caught and fixed while they are still small, which is how a routine week stays routine.

FAQ
Common questions.
Can you maintain servers you did not build?
Yes. We start with an audit and bring the machine to a known state; from then on it is maintained like one of ours. The first month is mostly catching up on what was skipped.
What if an update breaks something?
Patches roll out in stages, never everywhere at once, and always in agreed windows with a rollback point. If a vendor update is known to be troublesome, it waits until it is not.
Do reboots mean downtime for us?
Reboots happen in maintenance windows you approve, typically outside business hours. What ends is the era of the server nobody dares to restart.
Which systems do you cover?
Linux and Windows servers, physical or virtual, plus the firmware underneath: disks, RAID controllers, and the parts that fail silently. If something is too exotic for us to maintain honestly, we say so up front.
